Spotify says it's investigating after thousands of users report outages

Thousands of Spotify users are reporting trouble accessing the euphony streaming service, with immoderate customers saying their playlists had disappeared, according to outage tracking tract Downdetector.

Reports of problems with Spotify spiked connected Monday morning, with astir 35,000 radical telling Downdetector they were experiencing difficulties accessing their music. 

In a societal media station astatine 9:45 a.m. EST, Spotify said it was looking into issues with the streaming service. "We're alert of immoderate issues close present and are checking them out!" the institution said. 

Spotify didn't instantly respond to a petition for remark from CBS News.
