MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Fliers had to evacuate a Boeing 737 earlier takeoff connected Monday astatine Miami International Airport.
There was a smoky odor successful the compartment of Delta Airlines Flight 1708 earlier it departed MIA, according to Delta Airlines.
“The passengers were safely evacuated from the level done the pitchy span and backmost into the terminal,” said Greg Chin, of the Miami-Dade Aviation Department.
The flight’s destination with 178 passengers and six unit members was John F. Kennedy International Airport.
